Use of the Website

Use of the Chrissy L website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Chrissy L reserves its right make changes to, delete, vary or add to the information on the Chrissy L website or to the services described therein, at any time and without notice.  Any resulting downtime will be kept to a minimum and Chrissy L will not be liable for the consequences of any such downtime.

Intellectual Property

Chrissy L owns the copyright in all material that is published on the Chrissy L website. The products, logos, designs, advertisements, and photographic images and all trademarks, service marks, trade names and photography described or displayed on the Chrissy L website site are the intellectual property of Chrissy L.

You may not use, reproduce publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of the Chrissy L website without Chrissy L’s express permission in writing.

In respect of any warranties or conditions that cannot be excluded by law, Chrissy L’s liability will be limited, at our election:

 

a) for goods supplied by us, to: i) the replacement of the goods or supply of similar goods; ii) the repair of the goods; or iii) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or having those goods repaired; and

b) for services supplied by us to: i) the resupply of the services; or ii) the payment of the cost of resupplying the services.

Orders & Deliveries

Chrissy L will endeavour to process all product orders via the Chrissy L website as soon as practicable.

Bank Fees

Where you are using a credit/debit card to pay for your online purchase, Chrissy L disclaims any responsibility or liability for any excess transaction fees on your credit/debit cards from pre-authorization, billing transaction and other transactions. You should contact your financial institution and ascertain if there are any charges in respect to using your credit/debit card online.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Your use of the Chrissy L website and the purchase of any goods thereon is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia. You agree to submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in relation to any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out or relating to the use and operation of the Chrissy L website including, but not limited to, the purchase of Chrissy L products.

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time, such changes to be effective upon posting on the Chrissy L website.  Your continued use of the Chrissy L website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.

Currency

Prices displayed on the site are quoted in Australian Dollars.

GST & Taxes

All purchases delivered in Australia will incur the standard GST tax rates.

All international purchases delivered outside Australia are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.

Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.  

Products & Colours

Due to our “one of a kind” philosophy all accessories featured on ChrissyL.com.au have limited availability and are subject to supply. Descriptions, specifications, colours and pricing are subject to change at any time and without any notice.

Also, please be aware that some colours may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor. We have listed all dimensions on the detailed product information but if you are unhappy with any sizes or colours please email us at enquiries@chrissyl.com.au and we will gladly refund / exchange any items in accordance with our returns / exchanges policy.
