Delivery

Within Australia:

All deliveries within Australia will arrive within 5-10 working days of order placement.

Orders placed or delivered within Australia are subject to GST.

Chrissy L uses the services of Australia Post or a courier company such as Couriers Please.

All deliveries to PO Boxes will be carried out by Express Post.

Where a courier is used all deliveries must be signed for. Once you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signs for receipt of the product then risk and title in the product will pass to you. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the depot by the courier company. The courier company may attempt further delivery of the product to you, however, if unsuccessful Chrissy L will arrange for the return of the product and refund the price to you, less any shipping costs incurred by Chrissy L.

Delivery Costs are as follows:
AUSTRALIA: $15.00 (incl GST)
INTERNATIONAL: $40.00

International:

All deliveries outside Australia will arrive within 10-21 working days of order placement (depending on how long it takes to clear customs).

Chrissy L delivers to most destinations around the world.

All prices listed are in Australian dollars.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.

Chrissy L uses the services of Australia Post Airmail or a courier company such as DHL International.

Where a courier is used all deliveries must be signed for. Once you, or any other person in attendance at the delivery address, signs for receipt of the product then risk and title in the product will pass to you. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, the product will be returned to the depot by the courier company. The courier company may attempt further delivery of the product to you, however, if unsuccessful Chrissy L will arrange for the return of the Product to and refund the price to you, less any shipping costs incurred by Chrissy L, and less relevant taxes and duties applicable to the jurisdiction from which the order was placed.

In order to comply with Australian Export Regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are prohibited by law from making the order as a gift, even if the order is placed with that intention.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process:

  • You must notify Chrissy L by email within 7 days of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.
  • You must provide a “proof of on-line purchase”, being either an invoice, receipt or bank statement.
  • Product must be returned to:Chrissy L

  • On International returns you must mark “Return of Goods” on the courier company’s consignment so that the products do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • You must return the product in its original condition with the original “swing ticket” attached and packaged appropriately.
  • You are responsible for arranging any insurance on the product.
  • You are responsible for the cost of the shipment of the product.
  • Upon receipt of the product Chrissy L will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds will only be given to products purchased at the Chrissy L Online Boutique. Refunds will not be given to products purchased from Chrissy L stockists.
  • All items must be in new and unused condition. Any items considered to be worn will be returned back to you and we will be unable to refund your money.
  • No Refund or exchange given on earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
  • Exchanges will only be given to products purchased at the Chrissy L Online Boutique with proof of purchase being either an invoice, receipt or bank statement.
  • Exchanges will not be given to Chrissy L stock purchased from Chrissy L stockists.

Faulty or Damaged Product

If you wish to return faulty or damaged product, Chrissy L will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process:

  • You acknowledge that our products require special maintenance as outlined in our Wear & Care instructions. Chrissy L will not be liable for any damages caused by any failure by you to maintain the product properly.
  • You must notify Chrissy L by email within 3 months of purchase.
  • You must provide a “proof of on-line purchase”, being either an invoice, receipt, or bank statement.
  • Product must be returned to Chrissy L PO Box 543 Sans Souci NSW 2219 Australia.
  • On International returns you must mark “Return of Goods” on the courier company’s consignment so that the products to not attract possible customs duties and taxes again.
  • Chrissy L will then refund the price to you in full, replace the product or exchange for a different product of equal value.
  • Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges for the same product are only possible if the item is still available.
  • Returns will not be given to products purchased from Chrissy L stockists.
