ONCE UPON A TIME

Chrissy’s first encounter with style began at a very young age. Whilst most children were in class, Chrissy would take occasional special days off school and accompany her mother on exciting shopping expeditions. They would spend hours enjoying lunch and buying up a storm in the then popular boutiques such as “Merivale, Mr John and Raymond Castle.”

“For mum it was about glamour and quality. I totally looked up to her and her sense of style.” Here Chrissy’s passion for all things beautiful began.

Prompted by a growing desire to express her designing flair, Chrissy tried her hand at creating her own pieces in 2004.

The result was a unique range which attracted the admiration of friends and associates. Soon Chrissy was producing jewellery to adorn a rapidly growing list of clients.

In 2006 Chrissy decided to hang up her high heels in the world of advertising and transform her passion into a lifestyle, it was then the Chrissy L jewellery line was born. Her label can be found in leading boutiques throughout Australia and rapidly expanding overseas.

“I don’t follow trends when I’m designing; I think of holidays, feelings, occasions, and pieces just form…I design pieces that can take you anywhere, anytime.”

The result of this approach is timeless jewellery which imparts upon the wearer a special feeling of luxury.
